1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Our website and programs are designed primarily for educators, school administrators, and parents or guardians working with students in grades K–12. Submissions to our Acts of Kindness gallery and other interactive features are intended to be made by teachers, educators, or other authorized adults on behalf of their classrooms or students.

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), children under the age of 13 may not directly submit personal information through our website. All content involving students under 13 must be submitted by a teacher, parent, or guardian who has obtained appropriate consent.

2. User Submissions

Our website allows authorized users to submit Acts of Kindness entries, which may include the following information:

  • School level (e.g., elementary, high school)
  • School name
  • Class name or identifier
  • Contact email address
  • A written description of the act of kindness
  • An optional photograph or image

All submissions are subject to review and approval by C4C before they are displayed publicly on our website. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion, including submissions that contain inappropriate, offensive, or inaccurate content.

3. Acceptable Use
